  • PROSPECTIVE COMPANIES AND/OR INDIVIDUALS WISHING TO DO BUSINESS WITH US MUST INITIATE AN INTRODUCTION OF THEIR LEGALLY INCORPORATED FIRMS AS A MEANS OF ESTABLISHING A POINT OF CONTACT. SUCH INTRODUCTIONS INCLUDE THE PROVISION OF A COMPANY/CORPORATE PROFILE (CP) BY ELECTRONIC MAIL (EMAIL).
  • ALL REQUESTS AND COMPANY INTRODUCTIONS COMING TO US MUST BE DELIVERED FROM A COMPANY EMAIL ADDRESS, AND NOT PERSONAL. OUR FIRST ACTION UPON RECEIVING A NEW REQUEST IS TO PERFORM A PRELIMINARY DUE DILIGENCE (DD), THEREFORE A COMPANY EMAIL ADDRESS WILL ENSURE A SMOOTH DD PROCESS.
  • CERTAIN COMMODITY TYPES REQUIRE SPECIAL TYPES OF PERMITS FOR COMPANIES WISHING TO IMPORT IN THEIR COUNTRIES. FOR SUCH COMMODITIES WE ALWAYS ASK TO SEE A COPY OF THE IMPORT DOCUMENTATION TO ENSURE NO COMPLICATIONS WOULD ARISE WHEN THE PRODUCT REACHES THE BUYER’S DESTINATION.
  • INDIVIDUALS OR COMPANIES THAT WRITE TO US FROM A PERSONAL EMAIL (GMAIL, YAHOO, HOTMAIL, QQ, 123, FOXMAIL, ETC.) WILL HAVE TO SHOW PROOF OF IDENTITY AND A COPY OF THEIR BUSINESS REGISTRATION LICENSE. AFTER ESTABLISHING A POINT OF CONTACT WHEREAS WE CONFIRM THE POSSIBILITY OF A TRADE COOPERATION, THEN WE WOULD ASK TO SEE THE IMPORT DOCUMENTATION REGARDLESS OF THE COMMODITY TYPE.
  • ALL TRADE REQUESTS HAVE TO COME IN THE FORM OF A RFQ (REQUEST FOR QUOTATION), OR RFI (REQUEST FOR INFORMATION), DEPENDING ON THE COMPLEXITY OF THE COMMODITY BEING REQUESTED.
  • EACH RFQ/RFI MUST CONTAIN:
    • A TARGET PRICE
    • DISCHARGE PORT LOCATION
    • PREFERRED METHOD OF SHIPPING & INCOTERMS
    • PAYMENT TERMS
    • NAME OF THE BANK ISSUING THE PAYMENT
    • DETAILED SPECIFICATIONS OF THE COMMODITY REQUESTED
    • ACCEPTED/NON-ACCEPTED VARIATIONS OF THE COMMODITY REQUESTED
  • REQUESTS COMING IN THE FORM OF THEIR COMPANY LETTERHEAD WILL BE TAKEN MORE SERIOUSLY THAN REQUESTS COMING WITHOUT.

DURING

  • AFTER A REQUEST IS RECEIVED BY US, WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO REPLY TO YOU WITHIN TWO (2) WORKING DAYS. REQUESTS THAT ARRIVE WITH MISSING INFORMATION WOULD RESULT IN DELAYED HANDLING.
  • UPON INITIATING THE NEGOTIATION STAGE WITH ONE OF OUR TRADE HOUSES, IT IS CUSTOMARY FOR THE OTHER PARTY TO NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY OF NON-INTEREST RATHER THAN NOT SEND A NOTIFICATION WHATSOEVER. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN AN IMMEDIATE BLACKLISTING ON THE REGISTRY OF ALL OUR ASSOCIATES FROM VARIOUS TRADING SECTORS, IN ADDITION TO OUR SHIPPING AND BANKING AFFILIATES.
  • PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO REQUEST SAMPLES OF THE COMMODITIES BEING SOUGHT AFTER. SAMPLES WOULD BE SENT OUT AFTER A PRELIMINARY, NON-CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT WITH ONE OF OUR TRADE HOUSES. MINERAL & METALLURGICAL SAMPLES WOULD ALSO BE DOUBLE-TESTED BY ONE OF OUR AFFILIATED EUROPEAN LABORATORIES TO ENSURE MATCHING RESULTS WITH THE TESTING DONE BY THE PROSPECTIVE CLIENT’S OWN LABORATORIES.
  • PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS ARE MORE THAN WELCOME TO VISIT THE HEAD/OVERSEAS OFFICES OF ANY ONE OF OUR AFFILIATED TRADE HOUSES, GIVEN THAT A PRELIMINARY INTRODUCTION STAGE HAS BEEN COMPLETE.
  • AFTER HANDLING THE CONTRACT PHASE BETWEEN BOTH PARTY’S LEGAL TEAMS, OUR TEAM WILL TRAVEL TO THE SAID-LOCATION AND MANUALLY SUPERVISE EACH TRADE TO ENSURE THAT WE MEET ALL CONTRACTED CONDITIONS WITH EXCELLENCE.
  • ALL OF OUR TRADE GOODS MUST BE PAID-FOR AFTER A PRIMARY INSPECTION AT THE SPECIFIED LOADING PORT. A SECONDARY INSPECTION AT THE DISCHARGE PORT IS NECESSARY TO ENSURE A SAFE EXPERIENCE FOR BOTH PARTIES.
  • WE ALWAYS ENSURE THAT WE DELIVER ACCORDING TO CONTRACT, AND IN MOST CASES, DELIVER BETTER-THAN-EXPECTED. SUCH EXPECTATIONS INCLUDE THE DELIVERANCE AHEAD OF SCHEDULE, TO ENSURE THAT TIMELINES ARE BEING MET, AND ALLOCATING ADDITIONAL QUANTITIES OF THE REQUESTED COMMODITIES, IN CASE THE CLIENT WISHES TO SHIP AN ADDITIONAL AMOUNT. WE STRICTLY COMPLY WITH MEETING THE AGREED-UPON SPECIFICATIONS TO ENSURE EACH CLIENT IS 101% SATISFIED IN THE PRODUCT THEY ORDERED.

  • REGARDLESS OF THE TIMEFRAME OF EACH CONTRACT, OUR TEAM GUARANTEEs A BEYOND-EXCELLENT DELIVERANCE ON EACH SHIPMENT, WHETHER IT’S A SPOT TRADE, A 1-YEAR, 5-YEAR, OR EVEN A 10-YEAR TRADE AGREEMENT WITH US. MARKETS EVOLVE AND CHANGE ON AN HOURLY BASIS, AND WE ALWAYS DO WHAT IT TAKES TO MEET BEYOND THE EXPECTATIONS OF THE CLIENT, EVEN DURING UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES AND GLOBAL ECONOMIC TURMOILS. THEREFORE, A LONG-TERM TRADE RELATION WITH US WILL LEAVE YOU IN GOOD HANDS.
  • CLIENTS THAT WISH TO GROW THEIR TRADE WITH US WILL BE ACCOMMODATED BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY. WHILE SOME PRODUCT ORIGINS LACK THE NECESSARY ALLOCATIONS, ADDITIONAL ALLOCATIONS WOULD BE SOURCED FROM ALTERNATIVE ORIGINS, AND IT WOULD REQUIRE MINIMAL-TO-NO-EFFORT FROM THE CLIENT’S SIDE.
  • DUE TO OUR VARIOUS TRADE HOUSES’ UNIQUE BUSINESS MODEL OF SOURCING, TRADING, AND PROCESSING, WE SERVE AS A ONE-STOP SHOP FOR COMPANIES SEEKING MULTIPLE VARIETIES OF TRADE COMMODITIES WITHOUT HAVING TO COORDINATE BETWEEN MULTIPLE SELLERS, SHIPPING AGENTS, AND SO-FORTH. UPON INITIATING THE FIRST TRADE ACCORD WITH US, INCUMBENT CLIENTS HAVE THE CHANCE TO PURSUE OTHER COMMODITY REQUESTS HASSLE-FREE, WITHOUT HAVING TO SCOUT ELSEWHERE.

INTERMEDIARIES/BROKERAGE ENTITIES

WHILE WE APPRECIATE THE LUCRATIVE TRADE OPPORTUNITIES IN WHICH INTERMEDIARIES BRING TO US, NONPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDES, INCOMPETENCE, AND FRAUD HAVE FORCED US TO IMPLEMENT STRICT PROCEDURES FOR INTERMEDIARIES THAT WISH TO FULFILL TRADE REQUESTS BELONGING TO ONE OR MORE CLIENTS OF THEIRS.
ESPECIALLY AT THIS DAY AND AGE, ONLINE FRAUD PARTICULARLY IS A SERIOUS PROBLEM WHEN IT COMES TO PROMOTING OUR LATEST TRADE OFFERINGS VIA DIGITAL PLATFORMS. THEREFORE WE HAVE A FEW SIMPLE, BUT NON-NEGOTIABLE RULES FOR INTERMEDIARIES THAT WISH TO DO BUSINESS WITH US:

GENERALLY THIS AGREEMENT IS EFFECTIVE FOR THE DURATION OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN OUR TRADE HOUSES AND THE CLIENTS THAT THEY INTRODUCE US TO.
  • UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DOES THE INTERMEDIARY NEED TO WORRY ABOUT US OR ANY OF OUR AFFILIATES TO “CHISEL” THEM AFTER AN INTRODUCTION TO A CLIENT HAS BEEN MADE. WE TAKE GREAT PRIDE AND CARE IN OUR RELATIONSHIP DEVELOPMENTS WITH ALL ENTITIES. OUR REPUTATION IS WORTH MORE TO US THAN ALL THE TANGIBLE AND INTANGIBLE RESOURCES THIS WORLD HAS TO OFFER.
  • WE WILL NOT TOLERATE ANY TRADE DISCUSSION WITH INTERMEDIARIES, AND THEREFORE AFTER THE FREELANCE/BROKER AGREEMENT HAS BEEN SIGNED, ALL NEGOTIATIONS AND INFORMATION SHARED MUST BE WITH THE COMPANY ISSUING THE PAYMENT FOR THE TRADE REQUEST, AKA CLIENT. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THIS POINT WILL RESULT IN AN IMMEDIATE SHUTDOWN OF DISCUSSIONS BETWEEN US AND THE INTERMEDIARY.
  • ALL COMMISSION PAYMENTS, WHETHER IT IS A ONE-TIME DEAL, OR A LONG-TERM TRADE AGREEMENT, SHALL BE PAID TO LEGALLY INCORPORATED ENTITIES ONLY. WE WILL NOT ENGAGE IN ANY TRADE TALKS WITH NON-INCORPORATED BROKERS. IN THE RARE CASE IN WHICH AN INTERMEDIARY DOES HAVE A SERIOUS CLIENT BUT THE INTERMEDIARY THEMSELVES ARE NOT LEGALLY INCORPORATED, THEN THEY MAY CHOOSE ANY OTHER COMPANY TO RECEIVE THEIR FUNDS, GIVEN THAT A FORMAL LETTER IS ISSUED BY THAT COMPANY STATING SO.
  • INTERMEDIARIES WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY ASSIGNED A COMMISSION RATE AFTER A FINAL CONTRACT HAS BEEN SIGNED BETWEEN OUR TRADE HOUSES AND THE END-CLIENT. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DOES THE INTERMEDIARY HAVE A SAY IN HOW MUCH COMMISSION SHALL BE GIVEN TO THEM. IN THE CASE THAT AN INTERMEDIARY’S CLIENT ACCEPTS A MARKED-UP PRICE HIGHER THAN THE PRICE THAT WE OFFER, THEN THE INTERMEDIARY IS EQUALLY ENTITLED TO SHARING THE MARGINS OF THE MARKED-UP PRICE, ALONG WITH OUR TEAM.
  • LAST BUT CERTAINLY NOT LEAST, WE STRICTLY PROHIBIT COOPERATING WITH ANY INTERMEDIARY THAT BRINGS FORTH A LETTER OF INTENT (LOI), OR A RFQ. THIS IS AN OBLIGATION FOR THE END-CLIENT, AND NOT THE INTERMEDIARY. ALL TRADE REQUESTS MUST BE DELIVERED FROM THE END-CLIENT’S COMPANY EMAIL. INTERMEDIARIES ARE FREE TO REQUEST TO BE CC’d ON THE CORRESPONDENCE BETWEEN BOTH PARTIES FOR THE DURATION OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN BOTH SIDES.
